**Definition:** A pathologic TNM finding of a primary tumor. The definition of pT2a1 finding depends on the particular type of cancer that it refers to; for example, for cervical carcinoma pT2a1 is defined as follows: carcinoma with involvement limited to the upper two-thirds of the vagina without parametrial invasion measuring 4.0 cm or less in greatest dimension.
