The definition of pT2a2 finding depends on the particular type of cancer that it refers to; for example, for cervical carcinoma pT2a2 is defined as follows: carcinoma with involvement limited to the upper two-thirds of the vagina without parametrial invasion measuring more than 4.0 cm in greatest dimension.
