Four-factor Prothrombin Complex Concentrate

**Definition:** A pathogen-reduced, lyophilized concentrate derived from pooled human plasma and composed of at least the four vitamin K-dependent coagulation factors, factor II (FII), factor VII (FVII), factor IX (FIX), and factor X (FX), and protein C and protein S, with hemostatic activity. Upon administration of the four-factor prothrombin complex concentrate, the four coagulation factors work together to induce coagulation and stop the bleeding.
