**Definition:** A squamous cell carcinoma that affects the orbital region. In the majority of cases, the lesions represent metastatic involvement of the orbital structures by cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Primary squamous cell carcinomas in the orbital region are exceedingly rare.
