**Definition:** A well-differentiated neuroendocrine neoplasm that arises from the salivary gland. The mitotic count is more than 10 per 2 mm2, the Ki-67 index is more than 20%, and there is absence of small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma cytomorphological features.
