Epibulbar Dermoid

**Definition:** An epibulbar choristoma usually located close to the inferotemporal limbus beneath the conjunctiva. It is a whitish and firm lesion composed of hair and interweaving collagen bundles covered by squamous epithelium. It may contain dermal appendages and fat.
