**Definition:** A conjunctival poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma characterized by the presence of malignant cells with scant basophilic cytoplasm, a high nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio, and oval to spindle hyperchromatic nuclei without prominent nucleoli. Apoptosis and tumor cell necrosis are present.
