**Definition:** A regimen consisting of nivolumab and recombinant human hyaluronidase that can be used in the treatment of ampullary, appendiceal, and small bowel adenocarcinoma, soft tissue sarcoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, Kaposi sarcoma, peritoneal and pleural mesothelioma, cutaneous and uveal melanoma, endometrial carcinoma, central nervous system (CNS) cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), small cell lung cancer (SCLC), hepatocellular carcinoma, anal, bladder, biliary tract, bone, colorectal, esophageal, head and neck, thyroid cancer, cervical, kidney, squamous cell skin, vulvar, and vaginal cancer, gestational trophoblastic neoplasia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), and well-differentiated grade 3 neuroendocrine tumors (NETs).
