Anti-CD20 Bispecific Antibody DR-0201
**Semantic type:** Amino Acid, Peptide, or Protein|Immunologic Factor|Pharmacologic Substance
**Definition:** A bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets the human tumor-associated antigen (TAA) CD20, with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, anti-CD20 bispecific antibody DR-0201 targets and binds to CD20 on B-cell surface. This results in CD20-mediated signaling blockade and may induce phagocytosis of CD20-overexpressing cells by tissue-resident and trafficking myeloid cells, such as macrophages. This results in a depletion of pathogenic B-cells. CD20 is overexpressed by certain cancer cell types and in various autoimmune diseases.
**Synonyms:** - Bispecific Myeloid Cell Engager DR-0201 - DR 0201 - DR-0201 - DR0201 - MCE DR-0201
