**Definition:** A preparation of off-the-shelf (OTS), natural killer (NK) cells derived from a clonal master induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line, with potential cytolytic and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, iPSC-derived NK cells NCR300 recognize and lyse cancer cells. These cells also secrete pro-inflammatory cytokines, which further stimulate an anti-tumor immune response.
