Sperduto Graded Prognostic Assessment

**Definition:** A tool for estimating survival prognosis for in patients with brain metastases. It uses the sum of scores (0, 0.5, and 1.0) for multiple factors which may include: age, Karnofsky performance status, extracranial metastases, number of metastases, gene status, tumor subtype, and hemoglobin level. A score of 4.0 correlates with the best prognosis, whereas a score of 0.0 corresponds with the worst prognosis.
