**Definition:** A pathologic TNM finding of a primary tumor. The definition of pT1a1 finding depends on the particular type of cancer that it refers to; for example, for cervical carcinoma, pT1a1 finding is defined as follows: invasive carcinoma with measured stromal invasion equal or less than 3 mm in depth.
