**Definition:** A nano-mediated polypeptide-drug conjugate (NMPDC) composed of a polypeptide conjugated to an as of yet undisclosed cytotoxic payload, with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon administration, PDC BL0020 accumulates in the tumor microenvironment (TME) and releases the cytotoxic payload, thereby allowing for specific accumulation of the payload in the TME. This may result in the killing of cancer cells through an as of yet not fully elucidated mechanism of action (MoA).
