Primary Pulmonary Salivary Gland-Type Tumor

**Definition:** A group of rare neoplasms that arise from the bronchial submucosal glands and resemble salivary gland tumors. The majority of these tumors are carcinomas, usually mucoepidermoid carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, and epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma. Benign tumors include pleomorphic adenoma and sialadenoma papilliferum.
