Lutetium Lu 177-labeled FAP-targeting Ligand LY4337713
**Semantic type:** Pharmacologic Substance
**Definition:** A radioconjugate composed of a fibroblast activation protein (FAP)-targeting ligand, conjugated to the beta-emitting radioisotope lutetium Lu 177 via a linker, with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon administration of lutetium Lu 177-labeled FAP-targeting ligand LY4337713, the FAP-targeting ligand targets and binds to FAP-expressing cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs). Upon binding, the radioconjugate specifically delivers a cytotoxic dose of beta radiation to FAP-expressing CAFs throughout the tumor. FAP, a cell surface protein, is overexpressed on CAFs in the tumor microenvironment (TME) of various cancers.
