Anti-STEAP2 Monoclonal Antibody AZD2275

**Definition:** A humanized, immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody targeting the tumor-associated antigen (TAA) metalloreductase six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of prostate-2 (STEAP2; STAMP1), that can be used for study purposes. Upon administration, anti-STEAP2 monoclonal antibody AZD2275 targets and binds to STEAP2-expressing prostate cancer cells. STEAP2 is a cell surface antigen overexpressed in prostate cancer with limited expression in normal tissue.
