**Definition:** An exceedingly rare malignant neoplasm that arises from the cervix and is characterized by the presence of malignant glandular (adenocarcinoma) and malignant mesenchymal (sarcomatous) components. It derives from Wolffian duct remnants and shows mesonephric differentiation.
