**Definition:** Stage II includes: (T0-T2, N2-N3, M0); (T3, N0-N2, M0). T0: No evidence of primary tumor. T1: Tumor equal to or less than 2 cm in greatest dimension. T2: Tumor measuring more than 2 cm but equal to or less than 4 cm in greatest dimension. T3: Tumor measuring more than 4 cm in greatest dimension or extension to lingual surface of epiglottis. N0: No tumor involvement of regional lymph nodes. N1: Tumor involvement of 1-4 lymph nodes without definitive pathological extranodal extension. N2: Tumor involvement of 1-4 lymph nodes with definitive pathological extranodal extension or tumor involvement of more than 4 lymph nodes without definitive pathological extranodal extension. N3: Tumor involvement of more than 4 lymph nodes with definitive pathological extranodal extension. M0: No distant metastasis. (AJCC 9th ed.)
