**Definition:** An antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of an undisclosed monoclonal antibody directed against a tumor-associated antigen (TAA) linked to a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor (TOP1i), with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon administration of ADC IPN60300, the monoclonal antibody moiety targets and binds to the TAA expressed on tumor cells. Upon binding and internalization, the TOP1i is released, and inhibits DNA topoisomerase I activity. This inhibits DNA replication and results in cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in the TAA-expressing cancer cells.
