Conditioned Eye-Blink Response

**Definition:** The assessment of a conditioned reaction in which the subject is exposed to a specific auditory stimulus followed by a puff of air being directed into the subject's eye. Following conditioning, the subject is assessed over time as to whether the auditory stimulus elicits a blinking reaction prior to the puff of air.
