**Definition:** A Lung Imaging Reporting and Data System (Lung-RADS) category that indicates lung nodule(s) that are suspicious, with a five to 15% chance of malignancy. Management includes low-dose CT lung cancer screening every three months. Chest CT imaging with or without contrast or PET/CT imaging may also be considered.
