**Definition:** An orally bioavailable small molecule condensate modulator (c-mod) of beta-catenin, with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, beta-catenin c-mod DPTX3186 sequester beta-catenin into transcriptionally inactive nuclear condensate depots, thereby disrupting beta-catenin-dependent oncogenic signaling and preventing the transcription of Wnt target genes that regulate the proliferation, migration, invasion, and the metastatic potential of tumor cells, as well as genes that regulate the immunosuppression of the tumor microenvironment (TME). This may induce tumor cell death. Dysregulation of the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway is found in a variety of tumors and drives oncogenesis.
