Sinonasal Tract Angiofibroma

**Definition:** A morphologic variant of fibroma with numerous dilated vascular channels that arises from the posterolateral wall of the roof of the nasal cavity or lateral nasopharynx. It is associated with somatic mutations in CTNNB1 gene in the majority of cases.
