**Definition:** A rare cutaneous hemangioma that manifests with solitary or multiple blue-red papules that morphologically resemble renal glomeruli. It is located mainly on the trunk and proximal limbs and is associated with polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, monoclonal gammopathy, and skin changes (POEMS) syndrome and Castleman disease.
