Tubular Apocrine Adenoma

**Definition:** A benign dermal adnexal neoplasm with apocrine differentiation. It usually occurs in the scalp and presents as an asymptomatic solitary nodule. It is characterized by the presence of lobules of tubular structures that are lined by epithelial cells. There is no cytologic atypia or mitotic figures present.
