**Definition:** A chromosomal translocation involving breakpoints within the p22 band on the short arm of chromosome 1 and the q32 band on the long arm of chromosome 14. This rearrangement is associated with aberrant expression of mutated forms of the BCL10 gene and extranodal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma.
