Low Grade Dysplasia in Barrett Esophagus

**Definition:** A finding indicating the presence of Barrett esophagus in which the crypts are preserved or mildly distorted. There is nuclear elongation, mild pleomorphism and loss of polarity, mucin depletion, and increased number of mitotic figures.
