Papillary Urothelial Hyperplasia

**Semantic type:** Disease or Syndrome

**Definition:** Variable thickening of the urothelium associated with papillary formations that lack fibrovascular cores. There is no evidence of cytologic atypia. The relationship between this lesion and papillary urothelial neoplasia is not clear.
