Bladder Urothelial Proliferation of Uncertain Malignant Potential

**Definition:** Marked thickening of the bladder urothelium with minimal or absent cytologic atypia and absence of true papillary formations. It is found most commonly on routine follow-up cystoscopy in patients with a history of papillary urothelial neoplasms. (WHO 2016)
