Unconjugated Myeloma Ig Id

**Definition:** A vaccine consisting of myeloma-specific immunoglobulin that is not conjugated to a carrier molecule. Vaccination with unconjugated myeloma Ig Id may stimulate the host immune system to mount a cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response against myeloma cells, resulting in decreased tumor growth. (NCI04)
