**Definition:** A cancer vaccine consisting of recombinant modified vaccinia Ankara (rMVA) encoding the prostate specific antigen (PSA), the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and a TRIad of COstimulatory Molecules (B7-1, ICAM-1 and LFA-3) (TRICOM). Vaccination with PSA/PSMA in combination with TRICOM may enhance antigen presentation, resulting in the augmentation of a cytotoxic T cell (CTL) immune response against tumor cells over-expressing PSA or PSMA.
