Chronic Iridocyclitis

**Definition:** Uveitis that is usually insidious in onset, bilateral, and can be asymptomatic, most often affecting the anterior uveal tract, including the iris and ciliary body, and can result in long-term complications. It is most commonly associated with certain forms of juvenile idiopathic arthritis, but may occur independent of arthritis.
