Hypercellular Bone Marrow

**Definition:** An abnormal finding in a bone marrow aspirate or biopsy specimen indicating increased cellularity. It can result from hyperplasia of one or more hematopoietic cell lines or malignant neoplasms that affect the bone marrow.
