Lymphomatous Adult T-Cell Leukemia/Lymphoma

**Definition:** An adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma characterized by generalized lymphadenopathy without peripheral blood involvement. Most patients have advanced disease, however hypercalcemia is not frequently present.
