**Definition:** A chromosomal translocation involving breakpoints within the q34 band on the long arm of chromosome 7 and the q24 band on the long arm of chromosome 10. This rearrangement may be associated with aberrant expression of the TLX1 gene and acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoblastic lymphoma.
