**Definition:** A chromosomal translocation involving the q22 band on the long arm of chromosome 9 and the q21 band on the long arm of chromosome 15. This rearrangement is associated with TCF12-NR4A3 fusion gene expression and extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma.
