**Definition:** A tumor-specific peptide encoded by patient-specific mutant p53 oncogene with potential immunostimulatory properties. The peptide (LPTGQDL) contains a frame shift mutation at amino acid position 134. It was used to pulse dendritic cells, which are then used in the adoptive immunotherapy setting and may stimulate the host immune system to mount a specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte response against tumor cells expressing the p35 mutation.
