**Definition:** CHAI Foundation is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization formed to fund biomedical research into promising avenues largely ignored because they do not conform to current group-think. CHAI Foundation finds and funds credentialed researchers who are under funded because their theories do not fit into the mold of current group-think or who are overlooked in favor of younger researchers.
