**Definition:** The Genomics and Proteomics Shared Resource is an integrated resource that provides genomic and proteomic technologies to the Cancer Center investigators for basic and clinical research applications including DNA and RNA isolation, DNA sequencing, serial analysis of gene expression library production, SNP genotyping, STRP genotyping, microarray analysis, quantitative RT-PCR, protein identification and sequencing and profiling.
