**Definition:** A chromosomal translocation involving breakpoints within the p15 band on the short arm of chromosome 7 and the q21 band on the long arm of chromosome 17. This rearrangement is associated with JAZF1-SUZ12 fusion gene expression and endometrial stromal sarcoma.
