Trichofolliculoma

**Definition:** A hair follicle lesion that presents as a solitary, colored, dome-shaped small papule. It consists of a central cystic follicular infundibulum from which numerous smaller hair follicles emanate into the surrounding dermis. The clinical course is benign.
