Clear Cell Sarcoma of the Kidney

**Definition:** A rare pediatric sarcoma affecting the kidney. It is characterized by the presence of epithelioid or spindle cells forming cords or nests, separated by fibrovascular septa. It metastasizes to lung, bone, brain and soft tissue.
