Adamantinoid Trichoblastoma

**Definition:** A trichoblastoma characterized by the presence of neoplastic epithelial cell forming nodules. There are palisaded basaloid cells present at the periphery and pale larger cells with vesicular nuclei, prominent nucleoli, and abundant cytoplasm present at the center of the nodules. The epithelial cells are admixed with numerous small lymphocytes and occasional large multinucleated cells that resemble Reed-Sternberg cells.
