Malignant Granular Cell Tumor

**Definition:** An uncommon granular cell tumor that may metastasize to other anatomic sites. Morphologic characteristics include the presence of spindling neoplastic cells, necrosis, extensive pleomorphism, prominent nucleoli, and increased mitiotic activity.
