Eyelid Squamous Papilloma
**Semantic type:** Neoplastic Process
**Definition:** A papilloma that arises from the eyelid. It is composed of squamous cells and is characterized by the presence of an acanthotic epithelium with hyperkeratosis and papillary projections with an inner fibrovascular core. It is the most common benign epithelial tumor of eyelid. It usually affects middle-aged or older adults.
