**Definition:** A chromosomal translocation involving breakpoints within the p23 band on the short arm of chromosome 2 and the p13 band on the short arm of chromosome 19. This rearrangement is associated with TPM4-ALK fusion gene expression and anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
