**Definition:** An intermediate, locally aggressive and rarely metastasizing blood vessel neoplasm that predominantly involves the skin and superficial soft tissues, with rare cases reported in the kidney, lymph nodes, and spleen. It is characterized by the presence of spindle, plump, and epithelioid endothelial cells and cellular atypia.
