Micronodular Thymoma with Lymphoid Stroma

**Definition:** A rare type of thymoma characterized by the presence of multiple, well formed epithelial nodules separated by a lymphocytic stroma that usually contains germinal centers. Reported cases have not been associated with recurrences or metastases.
