Pancreatic Intraepithelial Neoplasia-2

**Semantic type:** Neoplastic Process

**Definition:** A pancreatic mucinous intraepithelial neoplasia characterized by the presence of papillary and less often flat architectural patterns. Moderate cytological atypia is present with some loss of nuclear polarity, nuclear crowding or hyperchromatism.
