**Definition:** A pathologic primary tumor TNM finding. The definition of pT3c finding depends on the particular type of cancer that it refers to; for example, for kidney cancer, pT3c finding is defined as follows: cancer with tumor grossly extending into the vena cava above the diaphragm, or invading the wall of the vena cava; for fallopian tube cancer, pT3c finding is defined as follows: cancer with peritoneal metastasis outside the pelvis and more than 2 cm in diameter.
